1lb. Sliced beef liver,cut in strips
2 Bell peppers, cut in strips
2 onions, sliced
4 hot cherry peppers, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
Grated Italian cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In olive oil, sauté onion until soft. Add peppers and garlic. Sauté until al dente. Remove from pan, add liver and fry quickly to brown. Reduce heat. Add peppers, onions, sauce, cheese and salt. Cover until done.

If you want to use chicken livers, shake in seasoned flour (s & p) before frying.
