1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
2 1/4 tsp. Cajun herb seasoning mix, divided
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 can (10 oz.) chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. finely diced green bell pepper
1 plum tomato, sliced
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine soup, 2 tsp. seasoning mix and pressed garlic, mixing until smooth. Add chicken, mix well.

Combine onion, celery and bell pepper; set aside 1/4 c. of the vegetable mixture for garnish. Add remaining vegetable mixture to soup mixture; mix well. Spoon mixture into small stone baker. Microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes or until dip is bubbly and heated through; stir.

Arrange tomato slices in a circular pattern around edge of baker. Sprinkle cheese, reserved vegetable mixture and remaining seasoning mix over center of dip.

Serve with chips or crackers.
