1 1/2 packages of graham crackers (crushed)
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. + 2 T. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cold Milnot (canned milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Take 1 1/2 packages of graham crackers (crushed) add 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter, and 2 T. of sugar together. Spread into a 13 x 9 baking dish, and press in to form crust. In a small bowl mix 1 sm. pkg. of lemon Jello, 1 tsp. of lemon juice and 1 cup of boiling water. Set aside to cool.
Cream together 1 (8 oz.) pkg of cream cheese (softened), 1 c. of sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla, mix well and add to the cooled Jello mixture. Beat 1 can of cold Milnot until super fluffy, add Jello mixture. Pour into your crust and chill for 1 hour. Add you favorite fruit topping.
