2 pounds LEAN ground beef (reg. hamburger is too greasy)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon worcestershire
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon accent or Mrs. Dash
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 chicken boullion cube

1 pack of Hawaiian rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1.Put beef and onion in large skillet along with water. Chop up beef really really fine while
bringing it to a low boil over medium high heat. Cook, stirring and chopping often, until no
longer pink.
2.Add everything else and continue lightly boiling, stirring often, until water is cooked down
and mixture gets thick.
3.Strain beef out and press small mounds of beef onto cut Hawaiian sweet rolls. Top with
your choice of condiments. Mustard is highly recommended :).
4.Makes enough for 12 little sandwiches, which is one pack of Hawaiian rolls. Leftovers
freeze well.
