1 batch shortbread bar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup butter, divided
1 pouch almond roca (mixture of chopped chocolate and Skor toffee pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a shortbread bar base recipe and spread into a 9x13 pan. Set aside.

Place 1/3 cup butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. As butter begins to melt, stir vigorously until butter and sugar are blended. Add remaining 1/3 cup butter and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil (will take about 4 minutes).
