1C canned pumpkin
1 C Almond Flour
1/4 C Coconut Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 C eggs, egg whites, about 8 whole eggs
1/4 C honey
1tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour medium pancakes on a hot greased skillet. Serve as any other pancake.
