2 (10oz.) pkg. Broccoli Spears, frozen
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli spears according to package directions; drain if necessary.
Meanwhile, In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients over low heat; mix well. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Serve over broccoli spears.

Note:
If you want to use fresh broccoli, just cut bunch into spears and steam until tender.
