Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Orange-Lemon Sauce:
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
3/4 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Base:
1 pkg. prepared sugar cookie dough

Cheese Mix:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Fruit Topping:
1 cup frozen strawberries, sliced
1 cup peaches, drained and sliced
1 cup canned pineapple chunks
1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all of the orange-lemon sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until thick. Chill while preparing the rest of the recipe.
Slice the sugar cookie dough into 1/8" slices; lay sliced dough on a greased 12" pizza pan with sides just touching. Bake as you would for cookies. When completely cooled, cream together the cheese mix ingredients until very smooth, spread over the base. Creatively arrange the fruit over the cheese mixture. Then pour the cooled orange-lemon sauce over the fruit, sealing to the edges. This will also keep the bananas from turning dark.
