1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl minced onion
2 tbl minced green pepper
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cracker crumbs
3 tbl shortening
1 10-1/2 oz can tomato soup
1 cup water

Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients. Stir into 16 balls. Heat shortening in frying pan. Brown meatballs on all sides in hot shortening. Combine soup and water. Pour over meatballs, cover, simmer about 1-1/4 hours.
