2 TBSP Fermipan Yeast
1-1/2 cups Warm Water
2 TBSP Sugar
1-1/2 TBSP Vegetable Shortening
1 tsp Salt
4 to 4-1/2 cups Hard Wheat Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Mix yeast in flour. Mix melted shortening, salt, water, & sugar. Add to flour mixture.

Knead until smooth & elastic. Let rest (covered with a towel) in a warm place for 30-60min.

Roll out with a rolling pin and place on a lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 425º for 10min.

Top with desired pizza toppings and bake another 10-15min until crust and toppings are browned.
