3 Bananas
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
Chopped Walnuts or Pecans Optional
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
Cream together bananas, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and nuts (Optional)
Bake for 30 minutes. Check with a tooth pick or knife.
