1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
7 oz. fresh or frozen crabmeat
1 jar cheddar cheese spread
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
6 English muffins, split
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, mayonnaise, crabmeat and cheese spread, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Spread on english muffin halves. Freeze on cookie sheet until hard, then store in plastic bag in freezer.
To serve: Take out just the amount you want. Cut each halve into quarter wedges while frozen. Broil for a few minutes until bubbly and browned. Serve hot!
