1 package of 12 frozen blintzes
4 large eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grease well a 2 qt. oblong pan
Put 12 frozen blintzes in pan tightly
Blend and combine all other ingredients and pour contents over blintzes in pan
(ingredients can be prepared ahead of time - refrigerate until ready to bake)

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees serve immediatly
