1/4 cup Butter
1 Egg + Milk to make 1 cup
3/4 tsp. Salt
3 cups Flour

Rhubarb Sauce:
2 cups Rhubarb
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, roll out and deep fry Roll Kuchen.

Rhubarb Sauce:
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened. Spread on Roll Kuchen and enjoy!
