1 c butter or margarine, softened
1 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
2/3 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c all-purpose flour
1 c old-fashioned oats (can also use quick oats)
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c each: milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white baking chips & butterscotch chips

In large bowl, cream the butter or margarine, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
