3 cups flour
3 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp shortening
1/2 tsp salt
Approx 1 - 1 1/2 c water

Directions:
Mix together well. Roll into small balls and let sit 10 min. Roll out each ball and cut in half. Fry in very hot oil. Enjoy with a side of beans, eggs, or any meat.
