1 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 c. White sugar
1/2 c. Butter softened
4 eggs at room temperature
3 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c. All purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 c. Powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cocoa powder, white sugar and butter and mix for 2 min.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until evenly combined.
3. Add flour, baking powder and salt and incorporate all the ingredients together. Remove the bowl and cover. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 350
5. Measure out small balls of dough, 1tbsp each, and roll the dough into powder sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10 min. Let cool slightly before transferring the cookies to a cooling rack to finish cooling
