2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze:
2 c sifted powdered sugar
3 Tbs milk
1 Tbs melted butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter, and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla; beat until light and creamy.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minute or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire racks. Drizzle with glaze.

Glaze: In small bowl, combine sifted powdered sugar, milk, melted butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

1 c raisins, chopped nuts, rolled oats or 1/2 c pineapple, drained can be added as desired.
