3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda and powder. Cut into butter and set aside. Beat eggs well and add sugar. Mix with mixer. Blend egg mixture into flour mixture. No need to refrigerate. Roll out to 1/4" thickness. Bake at 375º for 7 mins. on ungreased cookie sheet. Remove at once. Frost if desired.
