6TBL. SOUR CREAM
4 EGGS
6 C. FLOUR
2TSP. BAKING POWDER
2 TSP. BAKING SODA
5-6 TSP. ANISE

PREHEAT TO 375º
MIX BUTTER WITH SUGAR, SOUR CREAM, EGGS, AND FLAVORING
ADD DRY INGREDIENTS
DOUGH WILL BE STICKY, PUT IN REFRIGERATOR TILL HARDENS

MAKE SMALL BALLS AND PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET

BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES. LIGHTLY BROWN, THEY ARE DONE

COOL BEFORE ICING

ICING:
MILK
POWDERED SUGAR
ANISE

ICE COOLED COOKIES AND MAY USE SPRINKLES
