2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 cup milk
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 cup cheese blend
tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 tomatoes - chopped
1 red pepper - diced
1 cup corn
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine flour, chili, oregano and whisk in milk and garlic, bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and add tomato paste and 1 cup cheese. Spread chips on parchment lined cookie sheet and drizzle with sauce. Top with chicken, tomatoes, peppers, corn and cheese.
Bake 10 minutes at 425º. Serve with sour cream.
