Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef - brown then add
3/4 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 glove of garlic minced
28 oz. Mama Bravo Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. oregano
Simmer this for 20 minutes.
9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cups ricotta or cottage cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese (I use 4 cheese Italiano)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Then layer 1/3 of the noodles - 1/3 of the sauce - 1/3 of the ricotta or cottage cheese - 1/3 of the mozzarella or 4 Cheese Italiano cheese. Repeat until you have three layers. Spread 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top. This lasagna is best when left in the fridge overnight before baking. Bake wrapped in foil at 350º for about 40 minutes - 325º if you are using a Pyrex pan. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes - we like to put it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown. Wrap the lasagna back up with the foil and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with garlic bread or homemade buns toasted with garlic butter.

(per layer use as follows: 3 lasagna noodles - 1 cup sauce - 3/4 cup cottage or ricotta cheese - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or 4 cheese Italiano cheese.
