Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 ice cream buckets of popped popcorn
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup beehive syrup
1 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
I double the ingredients except the popcorn, much yummier

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add other ingredients and simmer 5 min. without stirring. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pour over popcorn in a roaster. Place in 250 oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes until dry and carmelized.
I do not leave it in that long as it can burn and it tastes better not as dry.

You can also add pecans before you place in oven.
