1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 medium bananas (mashed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture until smooth. Fold in sour cream then banana. Spread evenly in pan. Bake til toothpick comes out clear ie. about 60 minutes or so
