2 lbs. mashed potatoes (refrigerated, frozen or homemade)
4 T. butter
1/2 t. chili powder
3/4 c. Mexican cheese blend
1 t. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Spoon potatoes into casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with chili powder and 1/2 cup of the cheese.

Bake 15 minutes, covered.

Add garlic and stir entire casserole. Bake 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil for 2 minutes.
