6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1 package taco seasoning
1 c. finely crushed Cheez-its
Monterey jack cheese cut into 6 strips
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place a cheese stick and 1 T. of chilies on each chicken breast, roll and secure with toothpicks.

Combine taco seasoning and crushed crackers. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes.
