4 boneless pork loin chops
1/2 t. salt and pepper
1 T. oil
3/4 c. of beer
3 T. ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, brown in oil over medium heat.

Combine rest of ingredients and pour over pork. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
