1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 Can ( 15 0z. ) Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits
1/2 C. ( 2 oz. ) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Onion

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º.

In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is brown, stirring occasionally; drain. Stir in sauce and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.

Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 C. meat mixture and about 1 Tbs. cheese onto center of each round, fold dough in half over filling; press to seal.

Place onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

You can use whatever cheese you like; ex. cheddar, mozzarella or Swiss.

We usually made at least a double batch or more so we could have some for lunch the following day.
