Enough for one batch of pie (2 shells or 1 double shell)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable shortening

Large Batch
12 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. salt
5 c. vegetable shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt
Cut in shortening with pastry blender
Store in airtight container for 10-12 weeks in a cool dry place or seal in freezer bag for 12 months.
