2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.
Cream brown sugar and margarine.
Add egg, milk and vanilla to sugar/margarine
Add dry ingredients and stir well
Add rhubarb (not with mixer)
pour into 9 x 13 greased pan

Mix white sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top
Bake at 350ºF for 55-60 mins
