1 egg white
a pinch of salt
80g surgar
100g hazelnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Toast hazelnuts in oven for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and rub nuts till loose skin come off
let them cool then pulse in food processor till coarsely chipped
line tray with baking tray
beat egg whites and salt in a bowl until stiff peas form
gently fold in sugar and nuts
spoon the batter onto tray with a tablespoon

Bake until golden brown (30 minutes)
