1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 lb. Italian Pork Sausage
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
28 oz. can Whole Tomatoes, undrained, cut up
15 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Dried Oregano Leaves
15 ox can Spicy Chili Beans, undrained
15 oz. can Garbanzo Beans or Chickpeas, drained, rinsed
Sour Cream, if desired
Sliced Green Onions, if deseired

Directions:

In large skillet, cook ground beef, sausage and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

In 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine beef mixture with all remaining ingredients except sour cream and green onions; mix well.

Cover; cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. Top individual servings with sour cream and green onions.
