2 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp mild or hot chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until thickened. Serve as is or for a less-chunky consistency, add the sauce to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. This is great on chicken, fish, pork or shrimp.
