Ingredients:  
1 LB hamburger
6 or 7 pieces of bacon cut into bite size pieces
1 clove garlic
1 t salt
1 Large onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 t chili powder
1 t cumin
2 cans Mexican Style stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
3/4 cup of uncooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
small can of chopped black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Fry burger and bacon together (drain). Add the next seven ingredients and saute for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, kidney beans and rice. Put in casserole dish cover and back at 350º for 45 minutes. Top with cheese and olives and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
