2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c soy flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
2 t baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c oil
1/4 c molasses
3 T honey
1 t grated orange rind
3/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, molasses, honey, orange rind and milk together. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. The batter will be stiff. Turn the batter into an oiled loaf pan; bake at 375º for 30 minutes.

Variations: Dark Molasses Bread- omit the honey and use 1/2 c molasses instead of 1/4 c. Molasses Fruit Nut Bread: add 1 c raisins and 1/2 -1 c nuts.
