1 c. unsalted butter, nearly melted
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 (7.4 ounce) box Alpine Spiced Apple Cider Instant Original Drink Mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 c. all purpose flour
1 (14 ounce) bag Kraft Caramels

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3. With mixer cream together butter, sugar, salt, and all 10 packages of apple cider mix until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
5. Add vanilla and mix well.
6. Gradually add flour mix to butter/egg mix.
7. Refrigerate for about an hour.
8. Unwrap caramels.
9. Wrap about tablespoon of dough around 1 caramel, covering completely. Place on cookie sheet two inches apart.
10. Bake 9-10 minutes.
11. Immediately transfer parchment paper with cookies on top to kitchen counter an flip upside down and let cool for 5 minutes. Twist to get cookie off of parchment paper.
