3 cups flour (enriched Shop Rite, etc.)
1 packet dry yeast
1 tbs. oil (Wesson or canola)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix 1 packet dry yeast (dissolved in the water) with the oil.
2. Sprinkle salt over the flour.
3. Pour liquid over flour in well of bowl and knead dough 10 - 15 minutes.
4. Cover dough with oil. Place in bowl. Keep covered with towel and let rise until double in size.
5. Punch down and use.
