3 pounds of squid (calamari), cleaned
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Crushed garlic
½ tablespoon Locatelli cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make sure the calamari are cleaned well.
2. Combine the breadcrumbs with the eggs, cheese, parsley, basil, garlic powder and crushed garlic.
3. Use a small spoon or pastry bag to fill each squid about 1/8-1/4 full. Do not put more than that amount or the stuffing will expand and shoot out during frying. Stuff it and close with toothpicks.
4. Then sear it real fast and let it cook in gravy.
5. Simmer for about for a few hours.
