3 1/2 lbs. meatloaf mix (or blend of beef/pork/veal)
2 eggs
salt & pepper
Garlic powder
1 1/2 tbs. chopped garlic
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs or cubed day old bread
3/4 cup grated Locatelli cheese
2 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients (except olive oil) in large bowl. Mix together well with hands.
2. Form into small balls.
3. Cover the bottom of large frying pan with oil. Add meatballs.
4. Cover and cook slowly. Rotate frequently until almost no pink left inside meatball.
5. Add to large pot of crushed tomatoes to make gravy with ALL of the drippings and fat.
