Crust:
2 ½ cups flour
1 1/4 cup butter (chilled & cut in small pieces)
2/3 cup powdered sugar

Filling:
5 eggs
2 ½ cups granulated sugar
6 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Crust:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter and margarine. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute and then medium speed until crumbly. Press dough into ungreased 15x20 inch jelly roll pan (or a cookie sheet with raised edges). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is firm, but not brown.
Filling:
In a small bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Add flour mixed with baking soda. Beat on low just until blended. Pour over hot baked crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown and pulled away from edges. Cool on rack, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into triangles or squares.
