1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chunky peanut butter
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, salt and vanilla, add eggs, beat thoroughly. Stir in peanut butter, flour and soda. Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with back of fork to make crisscross’s (Dip fork in water or will stick to dough). Bake at 375°
