2 T. butter
4 T. olive oil
1 ex-large yellow onion, diced
2 c. green cabbage, sliced and diced
4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, diced
2 c. butternut squash, diced
2 1/2 -3 1/2 c. vegetable broth
3 T. flour
2-3 tsp. "Better than beef bouillon"
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375º F. In a large 12" skillet over medium heat saute onion in butter and 2 T. olive oil until tender. Add cabbage and saute until wilted and transfer to a bowl. Place ground beef in the skillet and cook until browned. In a large stock pot heat 2 T. olive oil over medium heat and add potatoes and squash and saute until warm and slightly brown. Add broth to cover and simmer until just tender. Whisk together flour and 1 cup broth. Add to potato mixture and cook until thick. Add "Better than beef bouillon" to taste. Combine onion mixture and hamburger with potato mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper. With cooking spray coat the bottom and sides of an 11x15" baking dish. Add hamburger mixture. Prepare pastry and roll to 12x16" rectangle. Place over hamburger mixture and decorate edges. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
