1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, diced
1 small can chilies, diced
6 flour tortillas
1/4 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C. grated mozzarella cheese
Salsa Cruda (see recipe in "salad/sauces/dressings" section or use ready made)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey, add diced chilies and onion; stir just until onions are done, but not limp. Fill tortillas with turkey mixture, roll, set side by side, seam side down, in lightly greased 8 x 8" baking dish, or pan.
Spoon salsa cruda over all, sprinkle cheese to cover.
Bake at 325º until cheese is well melted, about 20 minutes. ~ 6 Servings
