Directions: |
Directions:Pat into four servings. Fry at medium heat until one side is done. Then flip them over and just before they are done, put cheese on top and turn the heat to low. Open buns and put the bottoms down first on the burgers. Then flip over and place the top bun on the "bottom" of the burger (the side without the cheese.) Place the burgers on a splatter screen and put it over the skillet. Cover with another lid and allow the burgers and buns to steam for a couple of minutes and they will be hot and delicious. Have your onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and whatever else you like ready. These have been a hit with all my kids for 53 years! |
