1 1/2 pounds hamburger 1 egg 1 small onion 1 small garlic pressed 1 cup uncooked rice 3/4 cup grated cheese 6 green peppers salt & pepper to taste 2 cans tomato soup
Mix hamburger, egg, onions, garlic, rice and cheese and salt & pepper. Cut tops off peppers and clean out seeds. Put hamburger mixture into middle of peppers. Cover with two cans of tomato soup. Cook covered in a 375 oven for 55 minutes.
