3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp grated orange rind
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup cranberries, halved
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Add orange rind, egg, milk and melted butter. Beat until blended. Lightly fold berries and nuts. Do not beat.

Pour immediately into a greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.

Another wonderful bread from Grandma Terry. I really enjoy this one, with it's tart cranberry flavor. Great at Thanksgiving and Christmas time.
