2 c flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
salt
1 c finely shredded carrots (2-3 medium)
1 c chopped nuts
1 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla
2 c oatmeal
3/4 c flaked cocoanut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla till creamy. Add flour mixture, oats, carrots, nuts and cocoanut. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 º for 18-22 minutes till light brown.
