1 lb. brussels sprouts
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Prep the brussels sprouts by cutting off the ends and slicing each sprout in half lengthwise. Rinse off the sprouts under the faucet in a colander and dry with a paper towel. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place brussels sprouts in a 13x9 baking pan, and roast for 20 minutes or until edges of the sprouts are browned and crispy.

To add some additional flavor, stir half a package of cream cheese into the hot roasted sprouts in a skillet until melted and mixed thoroughly. Top with crumbled bacon.
