Directions:
Chop cranberries in a food processor. Mix sugar and cranberries. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Add next 5 ingredients. Spread cream cheese on a platter. Top with cranberry mixture. Serve with wheat thins.

This mixture keeps well for days. It gets very juicy, and you can pour off some of the juice. I scooped up the leftovers and mixed it all together which was also delicious. I think this relish would be great on pork, or fish.

Personal Notes:
I call this cranberry "crack" dip because it is addictive!!! I first had this at a Christmas party and loved it! I have made this many times and it is always a hit! It is beautiful, and a great addition to your holiday recipe repertoire. Fresh cranberries are only available around the holidays but you could use frozen cranberries in a pinch.
