1 box Spice Cake Mix
4 egg whites
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats, and oil in large bowl.
3. Mix on low speed until blended.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
6. Cool 3-5 minutes on pan before removing to parchment. Cool completely before stacking or they will stick together.
